AMBER HARLAN

Amber Harlan is a local hairdresser, and the visionary behind The Noise Project. A devoted Downtown community member, Amber’s love for hair as a creative format led her to opening a salon based on the connection between mental health and hair. Through her love of hair, her mission is to spread mental health awareness and create a safe space for every single human. Educated and detail oriented, Amber creates craft haircuts/razor work and a welcoming environment for clients to openly express what has been on their minds. Her love of working behind the chair and connection with people allows her to find suitability for each person. Collabing to find inclusivity for each human contributes her love for hair.
